I tried to make it work but it never improved. My time there was short for a lot of reasons. Can’t get much help for things you have questions about because a lot of people here are not helpful, don’t know what they’re even doing or hesitate to help you. You have no work/life balance whatsoever especially if your department is open 24/7. People that they can find and that they hire, are very inexperienced and lack the skills needed for their position. Expect to work all the time to make up for the lack of staffing. And being that it’s in a location that a lot of the ppl live, work for big companies, self employed, etc. It’s also difficult because turn over is extremely high here. It’s always a stressful and chaotic environment because of this.
