Tony Ricci, chief executive officer of Greenwood Racing Inc., which owns Parx Casino in Bensalem, was at the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the casino’s new Xcite Center on Saturday, surrounded by members of classic horns-rock band Chicago, which christened the center its first show that night.
